THE BASICS

The strength and conditioning pillars of our classes use a constantly shifting mix of suspension training, calisthenics, functional training, bodybuilding and powerlifting.

All this is wrapped into three powerful types of classes: Bootylicious, Bodylicious and Upperlicious.
